Cult of Magic feat. Roberta Racis

GOSSIP took shape from the collaboration between Cult of Magic and Roberta Racis. Through dance and live music, the performance celebrates female friendship and the figure of the witch as a symbol of resistance and collective knowledge. Drawing on historical sources and shared imaginaries, GOSSIP is a contemporary ritual that transforms the stage into a space of power, care, and affirmation. The title reclaims the original meaning of the word “godsibb”: a bond of female proximity and solidarity, later distorted by history.
To follow: “Cult of Magic Analog Techno Live Set” is an improvisation-based project featuring live techno music performed by Francesco Sacco and Luca Pasquino with analog synthesizers, drum machines, and acoustic instruments. Since 2022, it has been a resident project at Club Plastic in Milan and has appeared at Triennale Estate, Bolzano Danza, and Milano Music Week.
Bio Cult of Magic
Founded in Milan in 2017 by Francesco Sacco, Giada Vailati, and Samira Cogliandro, later joined by Luca Pasquino in 2022, Cult of Magic is a collective working across performance, music, and contemporary dance. They have collaborated with Triennale Milano, Museonovecento Firenze, BASE, Palazzo Te, and numerous design and architecture studios. Since 2023, they have been associate artists at mare culturale urbano, and from 2025 are supported by Festival Danza Estate as part of a three-year development program (2025–2027).
